Hello there! This is Dayna and Vanessa. We are organising the Strawberry Tea and Fashion Show this year FOR THE FIRST TIME!
A little freaked out is an understatment!
But we know we are backed by all our lovely CWL ladies - and we will need a lot of help!
Right now, we need boots on the ground volunteers handing out solicitation letters to local businesses for donations for our Basket Raffle. There are letters in the CWL folder in the church office for you to pick up. If you solicit a business, type in the name and location of the business in this e-form - that way we won't be soliciting the same businesses twice.
Next is ticket sale volunteers - a sign up sheet will be coming out shortly. And we are still looking for some co-ordinators for some key positions. Please help out if you can and make this event a success!
